For collections, you must only arrive at your allocated time.
Please try and return your swab on the date that you specified you would be dropping this off when you booked. This is to ensure we are aware of when your results will be returned to us.

Please note: You must return your swab sample within 2 days of performing the swab test.
For collect and drop orders, please follow the detailed instructions included in your swab kit carefully and ensure the swab and paperwork is correctly completed with the date and time you performed your swab test and the tube is sealed tightly. Incorrect lab forms and poorly sealed containers are likely to be rejected by the lab and we offer no refund if a rejected sample is down to patient error.
Results are issued by email link to your order page, or you can check for your results at any time by visiting your order summary page under the My Account section of this website, or by clicking here.
You should receieve your results within 24-48 hours of your appointment.
Please do not call our team to chase results as they are unable to assist over the phone. Please be patient and we will return the results to you as soon as we have them.
If you have not received your results the night before you travel and urgently need them, you may contact us by email at email@example.com.
Please include your original order number and the billing or account name where possible. If you email us from the email registered in your account your emails will show under the Support Tickets section of our website.
